Years ago I was not as expressive as I have grown to be through writing about the bad, the GOD, the good, & the ugly about my life ... but I am even more observant than I have ever been before. I encourage everyone to have an outlet to not just vent & complain about co-workers, family, or friends ... but to avoid holding in the especially painful things!

Yesterday my wife & I spent several interesting hours waiting to see a neurosurgeon about my medical issues at the massive Jackson Memorial Complex in downtown Miami, Florida.
Another neck surgery along with other issues being resolved must happen but I will somehow finish my race & proclaim:

Just as many people prayed for Eric Liddell during his moments of athletic brilliance to loving others as a missionary in China, I am thankful for the many prayers for me but I know that there is only ONE who is the true healer ... Doctor JESUS!

going through!
My journey is far from over yet I feel overwhelmed for the first time in a long time as I process what challenges lie before me
including yet another neck surgery which will make one lower back surgery & a total of three neck surgeries.
Let's just say that I'm not only JESUS strong but titanium strong as my wife calls me the bionic man but the song "Frail" by Jars of Clay is a more accurate portrayal of how I have been feeling as each moment of a continual battle of pain is harder than the next & I honestly don't know how the LORD has allowed me to continue when there are several times throughout each day when I would much rather just pass on to be with JESUS!
What I really need is for "Doctor JESUS" to heal me & that is a song by Randy Travis from his CD "Inspirational Journey" & the lyrics are a perfect conclusion before a SCRIPTURAL prayer from me to you!
